Voting Information
Why wait until Election Day to vote? Ohioans can save time - and the frustration of long lines at your polling place – by filling in and returning an absentee ballot. Any qualified Ohio voter may request and vote an absentee ballot without stating a reason.

The Application for Absent Voter's Ballot is available online from the Hamilton County Board of Elections, or through the Ohio Secretary of State's office for individuals living in other Ohio Counties.

You'll get the ballot in the mail from the Board of Elections. Fill it out, sign the outside of the ballot envelope, and return it to the Board of Elections in person or by mail. Ballots must be received by 7:30pm on Election Day (November 3, 2009).
