Dale McGirr, University of Cincinnati Executive CFO of Community Development and Special Assistant to the President, talks with Business Courier publisher Doug Bolton about his upcoming career move from UC to GBBN Architects. McGirr, who has been working at UC since 1977, directed campus planning and had a major role in revitalizing UC's campus. McGirr also worked with neighborhoods to form development corporations.
