CETconnect is helping Hamilton County residents become better informed for the elections this November by offering informative, non-partisan videos, both on air and online. |
• Cincinnati historian and reporter Dan Hurley presents the facts surrounding Issue 27- the Hamilton County Comprehensive Safety Plan & Jail Tax.
• On Wednesday, October 17, at 7pm, CET recorded a special program about Issue 27 which will help voters decide whether or not they want to fund a new jail for Hamilton County and other safety programs. Hamilton County Commissioners Todd Portune and Pat DeWine presented their sides of the ballot issue on FOCUS SPECIAL REPORT: SAFETY PLAN OR JAIL TAX? The program was moderated by Kathy Lehr, host of FOCUS, and during the program the two commissioners answered questions from the community members about the issue.
