Experience music from the African-American culture

Students will explore the music and communication techniques of the African-American people in this arts integration experience. In this session musicians from Drums for Peace will lead students through a variety of songs and musical activities while connecting with the content previously studied in social studies, language arts, music and visual arts classes about the immigrant cultures who developed the state of Ohio.
