Experience visual art from the Appalachian culture

Students will explore the art of quilting from the Appalachian culture in this arts integration experience. In this session with quilter Carol Funicelli-Liu, students will learn the process of creating a quilt block while connecting with the content previously studied in social studies, language arts, music, and visual art classes about the immigrant cultures who developed the state of Ohio.
