Documentaries on History of Eden, Ault Parks to Premiere on CET on July 21

CINCINNATI -CET will premiere two all-new half-hour documentaries, Eden Park: Cincinnati's Garden of Eden and Ault Park: Emerald in the Crown, on July 21 beginning at 9 p.m.

The documentaries focus on the history, public art, landscape and natural features of these two iconic Cincinnati parks. Utilizing archival photos and video, as well as interviews with historians, Park Board members and community members, CET offers viewers a glimpse at the fascinating history of these beloved parks. Modern uses of the parks and green technologies found in the parks are also explored.

Eden Park: Cincinnati's Garden of Eden will air on CET on July 21 at 9 p.m. The program on Ault Park will follow at 9:30 p.m. Detailed program descriptions and a trailer for each program are available by clicking here.

Eden Park: Cincinnati's Garden of Eden is produced by Meg Hanrahan, an independent producer in Cincinnati. Ault Park: Emerald in the Crown is produced by Julie Davis, CET & ThinkTV producer.

The programs are an outgrowth of the Emmy Award-winning documentary Cincinnati Parks: Emeralds in the Crown, which premiered on CET in September 2009. More information on the original documentary is available clicking here.
