CET will host a media day on October 25 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. to raise awareness of CAARE for Care Providers, an initiative that aims to help caregivers manage childhood asthma in daycare settings and homes. The event will take place at the James E. Biggs Early Childhood Center, 1124 Scott Street, in Covington, Kentucky.

CINCINNATI – CET was named a winner of a Regional Emmy Award for its documentary,Cincinnati Parks: Emeralds in the Crown on July 31, 2010 during the 46th Annual Ohio Valley Regional Emmy Awards in Columbus.
CET, channel 48/WCET, has been nominated by the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for a regional Emmy award for its documentary,Cincinnati Parks: Emeralds in the Crown.

The Action Auction, CET’s annual bargain extravaganza, returns for its 43rd year. The live, televised auction will air nightly from April 14 – 17, 2010 on CET.
