Doug Brockman's tales of the 1937 flood

When Doug Brockman was 7, his family moved from Mount Adams to California, Ohio, and then again to other homes in California to avoid flooding. In 1937, though, it didn't matter. "At five o'clock in the morning I heard a rowboat go by my window," he said. Mr. Brockman tells his story to Amanda Carnes and Nate Byrum.
