Voices of Giving: Robert Brant
Bob Brant has served the Jewish Federation in numerous leadership and fundraising capacities for more than 20 years. He is currently the Vice President of Planned Giving and sits on the Board of Trustees, the Finance and Administration Committee and the Executive Committee.
Bob Brant has taken a pro-active role in the planned giving efforts of the Federation. As VP for Planned Giving since 2010, Bob has personally solicited and closed 10 new permanent legacy gifts to the Federation -- for a combined value in excess of $5 million.
In his professional role as an attorney, Bob has encouraged and guided numerous clients to commit to sizable legacy gifts that might not have otherwise been considered possible. He continually uses creative strategies to develop estate giving plans that maximize the amount available both for the family and for charity.
The Jewish Federation has benefitted from Bob’s dedication as the beneficiary of numerous charitable lead trusts from individuals who, without Bob’s sage counsel, might never have discovered that they could have such a great impact in our community.
For the years of service and expertise that Bob Brant has devoted to our community, the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is forever grateful.
