All Creatures Great and Small – Season 6

Sundays, January 11 through February 15, at 9pm on CET

All Creatures Great and Small features James Herriot’s adventures as a veterinarian in 1930’s Yorkshire in a glorious new adaptation in a series based on his internationally celebrated books. Nicholas Ralph makes his television debut as the iconic vet who became renowned for his inspiring humor, compassion and love of life. With plenty of heart, a picturesque setting, and a cast that utterly charms, the show delivers drama both comforting and entertaining.

In the new season, life in Darrowby is starting to find its rhythm again as the war in Europe winds down. It’s 1945 and there is the promise of peace at last, but Skeldale House is at sixes and sevens. James juggles vet work with a busy family life, Helen has big changes afoot at Heston Grange, Tristan re-adjust to life back home after the war and Mrs. Hall works hard to restore harmony at the surgery. Each of your favorite characters searches for renewed purpose as the world around them starts to breathe again. Miss Scarlet – Season 6

Sundays, January 11 through February 15, at 8pm on CET

Miss Scarlet stars Kate Phillips (Peaky Blinders) as headstrong Eliza Scarlet, the first-ever female detective in Victorian London, who won’t let naysayers stop her from keeping her father’s business running. Set in gritty, foggy, Victorian London, this mystery series is filled with ruffians, corruption and underground gangs that all keep Scotland Yard overworked.

In the new season, Miss Eliza Scarlet is doing her best to have it all. Her business is thriving, but her personal life enters new territory as she attempts to follow her heart and develop a relationship with Inspector Alexander Blake. Eliza may be an expert solving crimes, but she’s very much a novice when it comes to love. Meanwhile, newlyweds Ivy and Potts adjust to married life, a new detective settles in at Scotland Yard and Nash causes chaos, even from across the globe. Can Eliza juggle the twin demands of her personal and professional life? Watch a preview for Season 6: https://watch.cetconnect.org/video/season-6-official-preview-pufiqv/.
