Mornings are stressful enough as parents without factoring in cooking breakfast for everyone. Check out these recipes for breakfast that you can prep ahead of time and grab out of the refrigerator in the mornings. You’ll love how easy they are and your kiddos will love how delicious they are!
Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- Honey
- Vanilla Yogurt
- Fruit of Choice
- Cheerios
- Squeeze 1-2 tablespoons of honey into the bottom of a plastic cup.
- Add in 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- Cover yogurt with fruit of your choice. Berries work best!
- Top with Cheerios and cover with tin foil.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight for an easy grab and go breakfast item!
Pancake Bites
Ingredients:
- Pancake Mix
- Milk
- Egg
- Chocolate Chips
- Blueberries
- Sprinkles
- Mix together pancake mix according to the box.
- Pour into a mini muffin pan.
- Top with chocolate chips, blueberries, and sprinkles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let them cool completely and then place in the refrigerator in a sealed bag.
- In the morning, pop them in the microwave on your way out the door!
Mini Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sausage
- Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- Crack four eggs into a bowl.
- Add in four tablespoons of milk.
- Add in 1/2 cup of cooked sausage.
- Add in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Add in a teaspoon of onion powder.
- Mix together completely and then pour into a mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let them cool completely and then place in the refrigerator in a sealed bag.
- In the morning, pop them in the microwave on your way out the door!
