Celebrate Earth Month With New Conservation Stories
This April, new PBS programming is spotlighting individuals who are on the front lines of environmental change. From a community-owned elephant sanctuary in Kenya, to a protected habitat of tigers in India, and people with innovative solutions from all walks of life, we hope that these stories from around the world educate, engage and inspire every viewer during Earth month.
“Our Earth Month programming invites audiences of all ages to better understand the rapidly changing world around them,” said Diana El Osta, Sr. Director, Multiplatform Programming & Development, PBS, in a press release. “Across broadcast and digital platforms, we’re centering innovative solutions to today’s greatest challenges, highlighting communities on the front lines of climate and environmental change, and sharing stories that spark curiosity and encourage people to care for our planet.”
