DIY Organic Popsicles

As the weather gets warmer, treat yourself to these healthy and organic popsicles!

Watermelon Kiwi

Ingredients:
  • Watermelon
  • Strawberry
  • Kiwi
  • Coconut Milk

How to Make:

  1. Purée watermelon and strawberry together and pour into 2/3 of the mold.
  2. After filling the watermelon/strawberry purée, freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill half of the remaining amount with coconut milk
  4. Top with puréed kiwi.
  5. The popsicles should freeze 5-7 hours. Then enjoy!

Berry Lemonade

Ingredients:
  • Assorted fruits
  • Lemonade of your choice

How to Make:

  1. Fill molds with sliced pieces of fruit, pushing the pretty slices to the sides of the mold.
  2. Use a popsicle stick to press the fruit down into the mold and fill the rest of the mold.
  3. Fill each mold with lemonade, leaving about 1/4 inch at the top.
  4. The popsicles should freeze 5-7 hours. Then enjoy!

Rainbow

Ingredients:
  • Strawberries
  • Mangoes
  • Kiwis
  • Blueberries

How To Make:

  1. Purée each fruit individually and place into individual bowls.
  2. Pour a spoonful of strawberry purée into the mold, followed by mango, kiwi, and then blueberry. This forms a rainbow!
  3. The popsicles should freeze 5-7 hours. Then enjoy!
